Mid-Size-Chamber Micro-XRF — ATLAS M by IXRF Systems
The ATLAS M is a micro-XRF instrument from IXRF Systems with a mid-size chamber (508×457×254 mm). It measures solids, liquids, particles and powders in air, vacuum or helium, with a selectable analysis spot from 5 to 1,000 µm and an element range of Na to U, and it maps elemental distribution across small areas.
