Personal data (PDPA)

Privacy Notice

Two Theta Technology Co., Ltd. (“Two Theta” or “we”) takes your personal data seriously. This notice explains how we collect, use and disclose the information you send through this website, in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA).

Data controller

What we collect

When you send the quote-request form on the Contact page, we collect what you enter:

  • First and last name
  • Organization / company / university
  • Email and phone number
  • The product or service you are interested in, and your buyer type
  • Optional details you choose to give, such as the liquid nitrogen volume and price you pay now
  • The requirements you type yourself

The name, organization, email and requirements fields are required so that we can reply and prepare a quote. If you do not provide them, we cannot act on your request. All other details are optional.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data (such as race, religion or health). Please do not put it in the message box.

Why we use it

  • To reply to you, answer your questions and prepare the quote you asked for (legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract)
  • To follow up on that same request, such as technical information, appointments, and the sale or after-sales service that follows from it (legal basis: our legitimate interest in following up on customer requests)
  • To meet legal obligations, such as accounting and tax records if a sale takes place (legal basis: legal obligation)
  • To count visits and see which pages are read, so we can improve the website (legal basis: your consent, when you accept Google Analytics cookies)

We do not sell your data, and we will not use it for marketing messages unless you have agreed to that first.

Disclosure and transfers abroad

  • Form entries are stored in the website’s database, which sits with the hosting provider we use.
  • When someone sends the form, the system emails a notification to our team from the web server of our hosting provider (Hostatom), to the company mailbox and as copies to the Gmail accounts of some team members and managers. Google’s email service (Gmail) may process data on servers outside Thailand.
  • The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and shows a Google Maps map on the Contact page, so Google receives your IP address and browser details in the normal way when those services are called.
  • The quote request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam and automated submissions, so Cloudflare may receive your IP address and browser details when the form loads.
  • If you accept, Google Analytics 4 sends usage data (pages viewed, time, device and browser type, approximate country or city, and a randomly generated ID instead of your name) to Google, which may process it on servers outside Thailand. We switch off advertising signals and ad personalisation.
  • We may disclose data to government authorities where the law requires it.

When data is transferred abroad, we will make sure it is done as the PDPA requires.

Cookies

The website uses one necessary cookie, pll_language, which remembers the language you chose (Thai or English) for one year. Google Analytics cookies (names starting with _ga, up to 2 years) are set only if you press “Accept” on the cookie notice. If you press “Decline” or do not choose, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page (your choice is stored in your own browser). Third-party services on the Contact page (Google Maps and Cloudflare Turnstile) may set their own cookies.

How long we keep it

If a quote request does not lead to a sale, we keep the form data for up to 2 years after our last contact with you, then delete it or make it non-identifiable. Data tied to a purchase or service is kept for the periods the law requires (for example, accounting records).

Your rights

You may ask to access and receive a copy of your data, have it corrected, deleted or destroyed, have its use restricted, object to its processing, receive or transfer it, and withdraw consent (where we rely on consent), subject to the conditions in the PDPA. Contact us using the details above. If you believe we are not complying with the PDPA, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee Office (PDPC).

Security

We limit access to the data to people who need it, and the connection to this website is encrypted with HTTPS.
