High-Resolution Micro-CT — FF20 CT by Comet Yxlon
The FF20 CT is a high-resolution micro-CT system for fine parts, resolving detail down to 150 nm. It is used for electronics/SMD, semiconductor packages, battery cells, injection-molded plastics, MEMS/MOEMS, and geological/biological samples. It reveals internal defects such as cracks, voids and solder joints without cutting or destroying the part.
